A Big Day

The final weekend of the exhibit Frank Lloyd Wright: Organic Architecture in the 21st Century was a big one : 10,000 people.

Visitors jammed into the museum’s reception hall and waited in lines that snaked down the long gallerias in order to buy tickets and then obtain entry to the show. Many museum staff were on hand, directing people to the right lines and, it seemed, signing up a lot of new members.

It’s the first time in years that the museum has had to limit entry to a show due to crowd size.
