From the agent's listing:

Frank Lloyd Wright’s Sherman Booth House, situated on a serene and private 3/4-acre lot in desirable East Glencoe. The home is insulated by a wooded ravine and country club—yet is steps to the beach, downtown and Metra. It has been beautifully maintained and is perfect for entertaining and everyday. It’s the largest of six FLLW-designed Prairie homes in Ravine Bluffs and unique to most Wright homes being three stories high with a rooftop deck and outdoor fireplace with views of the Lake Shore Country Club. The stable and gardener’s cottage were incorporated into the main house, providing a much more spacious and modern 1st floor layout. 5 bedrooms (with 2 master suites), 4.1 baths and 4 fireplaces. A grand living room (note size) leads into an all-season enclosed porch overlooking the ravine and beautiful gardens designed by owner. Many original Wright details inside and out, including square theme, sconces, hardware, art glass and built in bookshelves and seating. Carport for 2 cars.

There is, of course, a galery of photos.
